1- POSIZIONE Il Bed & Breakfast Nugareto è situato in una splendida posizione panoramica dalla quale si ha una vista incantevole delle ridenti colline di Mongardino, frazione di Sasso Marconi, dalle quali è circondata. Facilmente raggiungibile, A circa una ventina di minuti dal centro di Bologna, è a pochi km dall'uscita dell'autostrada A1 e dall'imbocco della tangenziale. La villa, accessibile tutto l'anno nella formula di pernottamento e prima colazione è stata di recente ristrutturata e arredata con sobrietà. Dispone di camere e spazi comuni accoglienti, ampio giardino, garage, garage e nella stagione estiva di piscina scoperta. Ideale per pernottamenti d'affari ma soprattutto per rilassarsi e immergersi nel verde!!! 2- LE CAMERE L'interno è composto da tre camere, due doppie e una matrimoniale. Tutte le camere sono ampie e luminose, dotate di doppi vetri, scuri di legno, specchio e terrazzo. Il bagno è in condivisione. It has rooms and welcoming public areas, large garden, garage, garage and summer season of outdoor pool. Ideal for business stays, but mostly to relax and enjoy the green! 2- THE BEDROOMS All the rooms are large and lighted- the windows have double glasses, wooden shutters and offers a nice view of the panorama . There is 1 double-room and 2 twin-bedrooms. The large bathroom is to be shared.The common spaces include a large living-room with TV (sky service) and the kitchen. Sur le sommet d’une colline, avec vue de la basilique de ‘Saint Luca’ d’un coté – symbole par excellence de Bologne et du Mont Cimone de l’autre. A 20 minutes du centre de Bologna et/or de l’aéroport ‘Guglielmo Marconi’. A 20 minutes du célèbre Mausolée: la Maison de Guglielmo Marconi. BIENVENUE Le Bed & Breakfast Nugareto est situé dans un magnifique endroit où on a une vue splendide des riantes collines de Mongardino, hameau de Sasso Marconi, par lesquelles il est entourè. Facilement accessible, à une vingtaine de minutes du centre de Bologne, il se trouve à quelques kms de l’autoroute A1, et de l’autoroute de dégagement. La maison est ouverte toute l’année par nuit, avec petit déjeneur. Elle a été récemment réaménagée et meublée avec sobrieété. Elle dispose de chambres et d’espaces d’accueil, avec un grand jardin, un garage, et en été de piscine en plein air. Idéal pour les séjours d’affaires, mais surtout pour se détendre et profiter des espaces verts. LES CHAMBRES L’intérieur est composè de trois chambres, deux à deux lits et une chambre avec un grand lit . Toutes les chambres sont larges et lumineuses, douée de verres double, volets de bois, miroir et terrasse. La salle de bain est partagée.
