It’s located in the countryside, at about 300 mt. above the sea level, it enjoys an excellent climate and an excellent panoramic position. The bed and breakfast is in an ideal position to visit the main old towns of Umbria- Spoleto, Orvieto, Narni, Sangemini and several areas of naturalistic interest zones- Cascata delle Marmore (only 10 min by car) , Piediluco, Greccio. The 4 double bedrooms and the bathrooms reserved for the guests are on the top floor and this given privacy and quietness. Each room has a balcony from where it’s possible to admire the whole city of terni surrounded by closely-planted high hills from the rooms you can see the villages of Miranda and Collescipoli ‘ on the east side and on the west side the medieval village of Narni . Furthermore a spacious and elegant kitchen is available to taste your umbrian breakfast. A big garden will allow you spend relaxing moments of peace in the country surrounded by olive-trees and huge and secular oaks. 3 places for cars inside the fence of the bed and breakfast assure safety and comfort. You can park on ground/first floor level and unload your luggage easily. The gate is remote controlled.
